Changes are not included once your monthly plan has been delivered. If something changes, let us know when you complete the next month's questionnaire and your next monthly plan will be created based on your changes.
No, because everyone's training background, goals and availability are different.
Never! We hate the thought of AI telling athletes what to do without really understanding the athlete. We feel passionate that plans should fit the individual, not an algorithm.
No, you do not need a Premium account. If you like analysing the numbers then you may want to upgrade.
As part of the onboarding, we will send you a help sheet so you understand what you're looking at in Training Peaks.
Update your goals when your next questionnaire comes through and your plan will be tailored to your new goals for the following month.
We ask your kit-list when you sign up and will tailor your sessions based on your answer. Sessions can be set by Heart Rate, Power or Perceived Effort.
For swimming, we strongly recommend you have a kick board, short fins, hand paddles, pull buoy.
For cycling, your sessions will export to most virtual platforms. Turbo trainers are really helpful for the intervals sessions and when the weather is too dangerous outside. All sessions can be done outside, so an indoor trainer isn't essential.
Visit your account and click Cancel. Your plan will not renew the following month. Once a plan has been delivered there are no refunds - we've worked hard to design that plan for you.
