How A Structured Plan Works

Your Goals

You tell us your race date, ability levels + typical weekly availability for that month via our easy to complete form.

We plan to your available days, e.g. swimming on a Wednesday is best for your pool times.

Focus

You tell us whether you want an equal split across sports or if you need particular focus on a sport to improve.

Configuration

Based on the information provided, we configure your plan and deliver it in Training Peaks.

Train!

Then it's over to you! You train. You follow structure. You build momentum.
